**About the Role**

This Behaviour Mentor Assistant position in Richmond presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students' social and emotional development. As part of the Ribbons & Reeves Limited team, you will be working closely with students, teachers, and school leaders to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Psychology or a related field and relevant experience working with children or young people. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in developing positive behaviours and attitudes.
  • Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions to promote students' emotional wellbeing and resilience.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to manage classroom behaviour and enhance the learning experience.
  • Utilise behavioural strategies and support tools to promote students' personal growth and academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions, incidents, and progress to inform support strategies.
