Manufacturing Scale-up Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team at EVera Recruitment. The successful candidate will work with us in developing technologies for high-performance solid-state sodium batteries, focusing on scaling up processes from pilot scale to Mega/Giga scale.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of industrial experience in material production or development, preferably with ceramics. A Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering or Physical Chemistry is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in processes that require high temperature firing and be familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles.
