Resident Care Coordinator

Bupa Global is seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical, social, and emotional care to residents, recognising and meeting their specific needs.
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
- Collaborating with the nurse or senior care assistant to monitor residents' well-being and report any changes.
- Communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and compassionate approach to care delivery.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
