Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and maintaining administrative duties to drive sales efforts and achieve business objectives. This requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities and events.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our hotel services, amenities, and ongoing promotions to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses to foster strong business relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis of sales data to help track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for all sales records and client contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and successful execution of sales strategies.
