About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Strategy Advisor to join our team in Darlington, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our pension strategies and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Job Summary

This is a fixed-term full-time position that requires a strong understanding of pensions administration and consultancy. You will work closely with our clients to understand their pension needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resilient pension strategies that support our clients' success;
  • Collaborate with our clients to identify and address their pension-related challenges;
  • Analyse data and provide insights to inform our pension strategies;
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our pension services;
  • Provide expert advice on pension-related matters to our clients;
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments in the pension industry;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new tools and resources;
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge centre and share your expertise with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pensions administration and consultancy;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality pension solutions to clients;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with pension regulations and industry standards;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
