Job Title: Administrative Coordinator for Central London Facility Management


Salary: £32,250 per annum based on a 35-hour week


Location: Central London


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PRS LTD in Central London. As the primary point of contact for customers, technical personnel, support staff, and management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Manage incoming calls and offer telephone assistance to clients and colleagues
  2. Issue work orders and follow up to ensure database updates are completed
  3. Maintain accurate records of holidays and sick leave
  4. Provide administrative and typing support as needed
  5. Utilise a computer-based records management system (CAFM system) to coordinate tasks and track progress
  6. Coordinate with the HR department to keep training records current
  7. Provide technical and statistical data for departmental use
  8. Manage data entry, archiving, and meeting arrangements
  9. Support the acquisition and management of financial resources

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Background in Facilities Management administration
  • The ability to demonstrate previous financial responsibility, including invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier queries
  • Capability of analysing and communicating key insights from business data
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to work
