Job Description

As a full-time member of our team (minimum 4 days), you'll enjoy a hybrid flex working arrangement that allows you to strike a perfect balance between work and personal life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing judgement-free assistance to staff seeking help and support.
  • Celebrating employees' successes and helping them grow professionally through coaching and development opportunities.
  • Leveraging your expertise to lead key initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and overall well-being.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by identifying and presenting new training opportunities to the Director team.
  • Building strong relationships with employees through regular check-ins and action planning.

We welcome applications from professionals with a passion for creating an inclusive workplace culture. While an HR background is beneficial, it's not essential. Our ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
