New Build Technical Director

A major player in the housebuilding industry is seeking a New Build Technical Director to join their Southwest team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced individual to take on a senior leadership role and drive business growth through technical excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of residential new build construction projects, including coordinating design processes, securing approvals, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with the wider team to deliver sites on time and budget.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role within the housebuilding industry, holding an HNC/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and construction standards is essential. Experience of AutoCAD or similar software design is also required.

A competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum, car allowance, Annual Bonus Scheme, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance (single cover with the option to increase), 24 days holiday (increasing service up to a maximum of 28 days), Employee Discount Scheme, and Pension scheme are offered as part of this exciting opportunity.
