Childcare Programme Director

We are seeking a Childcare Programme Director to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries, a purpose-built nursery that is Ofsted registered for up to 104 children, from 3 months to five years.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Childcare Programme Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programmes, supervising staff, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers. You will also contribute to the overall management of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who possesses a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for child development. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate creativity and imagination in their approach to childcare, and possess strong personal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and parents.

- Possession of a valid enhanced DBS certificate
