We are a dynamic and caring team at Tops Day Nurseries, committed to delivering exceptional childcare services.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team, supporting the Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare centre.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Coordinate activities, programmes, and resources to meet the diverse needs of children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding fee payments and care provision.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required, alongside significant experience in a leadership or supervisory role and a deep understanding of EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is between £14.00 and £15.40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
