ServiceNow Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager to join our team at 83Zero. As a ServiceNow Manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients, utilizing your expertise in Service Management practices and the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using Service Management practices based on our client and industry standards.
  • Co-design and develop new ServiceNow Applications, solutions, and services as required.
  • Take ownership of defined complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release level of effort.
  • Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure optimization and compliance when IT organizations use the ServiceNow Platform.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Scripting skills in JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
  • Good communication skills (written and speaking skills) and strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Experience working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA
  • Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist

Eligibility:

  • Eligibility for SC clearance and DV clearance preferred
