Job Title: Interventions Lead

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Interventions Lead to join our dynamic team at Catch22.

As our Interventions Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring our interventions are of the highest quality, meet contractual requirements, and are aligned with best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Quality Assurance & Development:

    You will be responsible for ensuring our interventions are engaging, effective, and meet national standards. This will involve innovating and expanding our intervention materials to remain relevant and accessible.

  2. Staff Support & Development:

    You will provide guidance and training to staff, building confidence in intervention collaboration efforts. This will involve bringing together staff and service users to co-create impactful interventions.

  3. Collaboration & Communication:

    You will promote intervention updates and ensure materials are accessible to all in working groups. This will support inclusion and service user voice.

  4. Service User Involvement:

    You will facilitate focus groups to ensure our interventions address the diverse needs of service users.

  5. Project Management:

    You will manage intervention students, ensuring robust project completion and a comprehensive learning experience.
