About the Role

Hestia Charity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Interventions Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Therapeutic Services Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psycho-social services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and ensure the effective delivery of psycho-social services
  • Support the Inquiry leads in managing complex cases and ensuring services are delivered in line with Hestia's and commissioners'/funders targets
  • Act as a point of contact for paid freelance counsellors and quality assure safe and effective contracted delivery
  • Evidence the impact of therapeutic interventions via management reports
  • Work in partnership to create a robust assessment tool for social and emotional need
  • Support service and business development activities
  • Develop and embed new ways of working with a focus on excellent therapeutic governance and quality service delivery

About You

We are looking for a candidate who brings a combination of passion, expertise, and dedication to the table. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Accredited qualified therapist with up to date insurance
  • Experience of working in partnership with other organisations, including Government Departments
  • Experience of managing therapists
  • Knowledge of multiple modalities of intervention
  • Senior experience in managing diverse teams and services
  • Proven experience of different therapies and culturally informed emotional wellbeing services
  • Ability to maintain the relevant CPD and accreditation
