Catch22 is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our interventions programme. As our Interventions Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality interventions that meet contractual requirements and national standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Programme Development: Design and deliver engaging interventions that address the diverse needs of service users.
  • Staff Support & Development: Provide guidance and training to staff, empowering them to co-create impactful interventions and build confidence in collaboration efforts.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster a culture of inclusion, ensuring intervention updates and materials are accessible to all working groups and service users.
  • Service User Involvement: Facilitate focus groups to ensure interventions address the complex needs of service users.
  • Project Management: Oversee intervention students, ensuring robust project completion and a comprehensive learning experience.
