Lead Therapist for Youth Intervention

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Therapist to join our team at Power The Fight, working on our Therapeutic Intervention for Peace Programme (TIP) in South East London. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of TIP across three schools, ensuring exceptional outcomes for young people.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Lead the development and implementation of TIP across multiple school sites, collaborating with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for young people, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- Cultivate strong relationships with school staff, parents, and carers to promote open communication and coordinate effective support strategies.
- Collaborate with the programme management team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to the strategic development of TIP beyond South London.
- A competitive salary of £64,000 - £66,000 per annum, reflective of your expertise and qualifications.
