Job Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Veterinary Clinical Operations Director to join our dedicated team at Menlo Park. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll focus on driving clinical growth, developing our clinical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to expand their horizons or an established leader aiming to maintain their clinical expertise while contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Leadership: Collaborating with our full-time vets, RVNs, and reception team, you'll oversee the provision of exceptional patient care and lead the development of our clinical services.
  2. Team Management: You'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our clinical teams, providing them with the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  3. Growth and Development: In partnership with our leadership team, you'll contribute to the strategic growth and direction of our practice, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to drive clinical excellence.
