About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and advice.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy services, including the design and implementation of new services.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in audit and practice research to improve pharmacy services.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Has successfully completed a minimum of one year of a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and studying/prepared to study for Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma / MSc or equivalent Qualification or evidence of equivalent experience or training.
