Job Description

As a leader in healthcare communications, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategies and drive results for a wide range of healthcare clients. This role requires extensive experience in healthcare communications, with a strong background in an agency setting, and proven leadership abilities. You'll lead impactful projects across PR, medical communications, and patient advocacy, working at the forefront of communications that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the strategic direction of client accounts, overseeing the development of innovative communications strategies
  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional service and results across all projects
  • Leading and mentoring account teams, supporting their growth and ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing strategic advice and managing client expectations
  • Overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the smooth delivery of client campaigns
  • Leading new business development efforts, including proposal writing, pitching, and networking to drive agency growth
