About the Role
Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Healthcare Leader to join our team as the Managing Director of the Bi-Borough Place-Based Partnership. About the Job
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring a talented individual who can lead system-wide transformational change in a complex environment. You will be responsible for developing strategic service plans, engaging with stakeholders, and driving improvements in quality of patient care. Your expertise in leadership, influencing skills, and professional credibility will be essential in building partnerships and collaborating with diverse groups to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of borough partnerships, ensuring effective integration at place and system levels.
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain partnership working, promoting ownership and engagement among all partners.
  • Work closely with communication and engagement leads to ensure proactive involvement and engagement with patients, service users, carers, and the public.
  • Ensure governance structures remain fit for purpose, with responsibility and accountability for PBP activities and relationships with sovereign boards.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Significant experience in senior strategic service improvement and/or performance management roles in the public sector.
  • Proven track record of working across multiple organisations to achieve significant change and improve service outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing skills, and professional credibility.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex problems, including option appraisals.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and flexible working arrangements.
