Job Title: Chief Transformation Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Transformation Officer to lead our Bi-Borough Partnerships in delivering a comprehensive transformation program.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading system-wide transformational change in a challenging resource environment, with significant experience in a senior strategic service improvement and/or performance management role in the public sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan for transformational change
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve significant change and improve service outcomes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulators and support agencies
  • Developing and implementing effective communication and engagement strategies
  • Ensuring the approach of the partnership is supportive to individual organisational goals

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, influencing skills, and demonstrate professional credibility. They will also have a clear understanding of the challenges facing service delivery in the 21st century and the political agenda for health and social care.

Key Requirements:
  • Master's degree or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in a senior strategic service improvement and/or performance management role
  • Proven experience of working and contributing at Board level
  • Excellent leadership, influencing skills, and professional credibility
  • Clear understanding of the challenges facing service delivery in the 21st century and the political agenda for health and social care
