Overview of the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join our team as Chief Operations Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cosmetic surgery hospitals in Manchester and London, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cosmetic surgery hospitals, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to set long-term operational goals and strategies, aligning them with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Business Scaling: Utilise experience in scaling businesses to expand operations into new locations, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all sites.
  • CQC Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations, including handling inspections and complaints.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar senior leadership role within a surgical setting, preferably with a cosmetic surgery background.
  • CQC Knowledge: Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and experience in managing CQC-registered locations, including handling inspections and complaints.
  • Leadership: Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
