We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Executive to join our Reservations / Customer Service team. As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales and customer care enquiries.
  • Accurately complete bookings and amendments, using correct codes and prices.
  • Maximise upsale opportunities by offering clients upgrades and extras.
  • Assist clients with customer care activities, including collecting payments and booking ancillaries.
  • Attend training and educational visits to develop knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure clients receive relevant holiday documentation and explain online check-in and Manage my Booking.
  • Respond to email enquiries, web chat, social media interactions, text message, and WhatsApp enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a busy environment.
  • Desirable experience in travel.

The package:

  • Salary - £24,000 + commission.
  • Fully remote work.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends.
  • Travel perks.
