We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Liverpool on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Provide day-to-day advice and support to leaders, managers, and staff on HR issues, including terms and conditions of service, pay, recruitment, employment law, policies, procedures, and practices.">
  3. Support leaders and line managers in the application of the Staff Attendance procedure, including referrals to occupational health and attendance at sickness meetings.">
  4. Develop and manage key HR processes, including employee relations cases and HR training.">
  5. Contribute to strategic HR projects, including providing detailed personnel data analysis to inform senior leadership decisions.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.">
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders, managers, and staff.">
  • Detailed knowledge of employment law, policies, procedures, and practices.">
