HR Advisor

At Agility Resoucing, we are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to assist our HR Manager with complex investigations, disciplinary, and grievance matters. This role will involve providing advice and guidance on individual employee relation cases, ensuring they are well managed and meet the requirements of internal policies, best practice, and employment legislation.
Key responsibilities include managing long-term absence management cases, including occupational health and medical referrals. The successful candidate will also assist managers with informal and formal performance management processes and work closely with the HR Manager to provide guidance, coaching, and support on all HR activities.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and have previous proven experience in a similar role. They will be proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and numeric skills. The ability to hold difficult conversations using patience, sensitivity, diplomacy, and integrity is essential.
