About the Role

This is a Band 5 HR Advisor position within the Community Care Division. The successful candidate will provide first-line advice on employee relations matters, including attendance, disciplinary and informal resolution processes.

You will be responsible for supporting managers through a range of employee relations processes, including review meetings, investigations and hearings. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive situations appropriately.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be CIPD qualified (or working towards) and have experience of delivering a varied HR portfolio, ideally in a unionised environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, depending on experience.
