About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Payment Coordinator to join our team at PSI Global Group Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of employees and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to resolve any payment-related queries and ensure that all financial data is up-to-date and accurate. Your strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our finance operations.

The successful candidate will have experience working with payroll systems and processes, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the payment of employees
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data
* Resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operation of finance processes
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
