We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating employee benefits and pay-related matters. This includes processing payroll for over 400 employees, as well as handling new starters and leavers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Payroll systems, as well as the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing for 400+ employees
  • Submission of monthly and annual payroll returns
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Dealing with staff benefits and pay enquiries
  • Processing employee expenses and credit cards

Requirements:
  • Possesses a good level of technical skills (Word, Excel, and Payroll systems)
  • Strong ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
