Reward Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Reward Manager to join our HR team at Hill Dickinson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the firm's reward and benefits strategy, ensuring that we remain competitive in the market and continue to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the cyclical reward and benefits renewal process, ensuring seamless implementation and communication with stakeholders.
- Plan, develop, and deliver the annual reward and benefit programme, promoting the firm's benefits to employees and promoting a positive work-life balance culture.
- Analyse reward and benefit provider scheme and membership data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new benefits that align with the firm's values.
- Manage the UK benefit portal and benefit broker account management relationship, ensuring timely and effective communication with providers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit offerings, research competitors, and propose new benefits that align with the firm's values, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, partners, and senior management, to ensure visibility and understanding of employee benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing reward and benefits, with a strong understanding of market trends and legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrable passion for client service and delivery of results, with a strong focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
