**Job Title:** Support Coordinator for MA Fashion Business Programmes

**About the Role:** Istituto Marangoni is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of our MA Fashion Business programmes. As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the Programme Leader to ensure the smooth running of academic activities, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate records.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to the MA Fashion Business programmes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy;
  • Support the Programme Leader in supervising student progress, monitoring performance, and maintaining overall student satisfaction;
  • Organize and coordinate academic activities, including lesson planning, timetabling, and resource allocation;
  • Liaise with tutors, staff, and external partners to ensure quality standards are met;
  • Provide administrative support for examination processes, including communication with External Examiners;
  • Maintain accurate records and document systems, ensuring compliance with university regulations;
  • Assist with professional development planning for Masters students, fostering career growth and employability skills;
  • Attend meetings, orientations, and open days as required, representing the Programme Leader when necessary.

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field;
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within higher education or creative industries;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, with experience in using MAC systems an advantage;
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a strong interest in fashion business as a discipline.
