Key Responsibilities
- Manage the bid process, including compliance and content delivery.
- Collaborate with fee-earning teams to create compelling bids.
- Coach business lines through all stages of the bid process.
- Use project management techniques to ensure a well-planned and controlled process.
- Develop a clear win strategy for each bid and articulate it to the team.
- Partner with business lines to position key content messages and form a client-centric story.
- Formulate effective relationships with clients and facilitate presentation rehearsals.
- Undertake projects to develop tools, templates, and commercial best practice.
- Share new and innovative ways of working to improve Colliers' approach to pitching and disseminating bid best practice.
- Manage bid strategy meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners on client engagement events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial bids, business development, and/or marketing experience within the commercial real estate services industry.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering timely bids.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders.
