Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Scientific Technical Support Representative. This role offers exposure to scientific sales, customer service, marketing, and technical support, making it an ideal opportunity for an outgoing and literate scientist looking for a career outside the lab.

As a Scientific Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers with technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with scientific staff to create new literature and content for the website, showcasing our innovative products and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Life Sciences and excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English. A Master's degree in a Life Science discipline or relevant laboratory experience is essential for this role.

The salary for this position is £37,500 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Oxfordshire, South East England, commutable from Oxford, Swindon, Abingdon, Reading, Newbury etc. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
