Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Assistant Accountant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing daily transactional finance tasks, including purchase and sales ledger invoice processing, taking accounts to trial balance, and producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex reconciliations, payment runs, and financial reporting
  • Provide financial information to non-financial stakeholders and manage queries
  • Utilise QuickBooks to streamline financial tasks

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in core finance tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a small team. Previous experience with QuickBooks is essential.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, you will be offered a competitive base salary of up to £35,000 per annum and the opportunity to join a dynamic and established team.
