We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Right People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the collation and consolidation of all monthly reporting, including financial forecasts, internal dashboards, and quarterly reporting to internal audit and tax.
Key Responsibilities- Collate and consolidate monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and error identification
- Develop and maintain internal dashboards and trackers to monitor financial performance
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting to internal audit and tax
- Collaborate with country managers to drive performance improvement and efficiency
- Maximize the use of current system tools to develop reports and improve efficiency
- Review and critique balance sheet reconciliations to identify errors and areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations as required
- Identify and propose potential efficiency drivers and work with the team to implement change
- Provide support for ad-hoc queries and requests from country finance managers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A competitive salary of £28,000-£34,000 per year
- The opportunity to work from home
- A Monday to Friday schedule
