Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts, to our clients.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to our clients.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets for our clients, and provide guidance on financial forecasting and modeling.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure that all financial reporting and analysis is completed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
