Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Right People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the collation and consolidation of all monthly reporting, including:

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Forecast: Prepare and analyze financial forecasts to ensure accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
  • Internal Dashboards and Trackers: Develop and maintain internal dashboards and trackers to provide real-time insights and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Collation and Consolidation of Quarterly Reporting: Gather and consolidate financial data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of our financial performance.
  • Collation and Consolidation of Annual Business Unit Budget: Assist in the preparation and analysis of the annual business unit budget to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Board Presentations: Prepare and present financial information to the board of directors to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve and optimize our current system tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Review and analyze balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Invoice Coding: Ensure accurate and timely coding of invoices to ensure proper financial recording.
  • Efficiency Drivers: Identify and propose potential efficiency drivers to improve our financial processes and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Queries: Assist in responding to ad hoc queries and requests from country finance managers to ensure timely and accurate information.
