Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive new business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with our senior leadership team to refine and roll-out our new business development process.
- Track and analyze our agency's wins and losses, and provide insights to inform our business development strategy.
- Lead and own the business development plan, including setting and achieving income generation targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity, and apply this knowledge to inform our business development strategy.
- Work closely with our finance team to establish fees for pitches and ensure commercial decisions are aligned with our agency's financial model.
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Manager who is well-versed in business development and income generation management. You will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases, and will be able to make commercial decisions that align with our agency's financial model.
You will be a good strategic thinker, with the ability to undertake strategic planning and analysis. You will also be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
