Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework
- Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
- Informing customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
- Collaborating with customers to meet their unique requirements and deliver the job right first time, every time.
Requirements
- Proactive and results-driven
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours
- Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
- Ideally experienced within the Home Improvement industry (or similar)
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
