In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in financial and commercial data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotional and Pricing Strategy Development: Design, evaluate, and compare promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using internal and external data, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Promotion Audits: Monitor the execution of promotional activities, assess their effectiveness, and suggest improvements to enhance the promotional plan.
  • New Product Development (NPD) Pricing and Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for the Business Case, incorporating a pricing ladder benchmark to inform recommendations.
  • Analysis and Storytelling: Conduct analysis on relevant data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in commercial roles in Finance, Sales, or Category within the FMCG industry.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a natural ability to turn data into compelling insights.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG Pricing/Promo Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of consumer data (Kantar, Circana, Nielsen).
  • Technical skills such as Excel, Power BI.
