Immunology Sales Specialist
A leading international healthcare company in the UK medical dermatology marketplace is seeking a skilled sales professional to lead the launch of their biologic portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating the value proposition to key stakeholders, developing customer relationships, and executing the infield brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement successful regional and local P2P plans to accelerate launch uptake of the biologic
- Differentiate the product value proposition
- Develop a business plan for the territory in line with brand strategy for most important accounts
- Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform territory plans
- Support formulary gains at local/ regional level in collaboration with local market access managers
- Leverage an Omnichannel approach to increase adoption among key customers
Candidate Requirements:
- Ideal experience in selling high-cost drugs, including launch experience
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas of Immunology/Dermatology and established relationships
- Proven ability to interact with and shape relationships directly with healthcare stakeholders, especially payors
- Solid understanding of the high-cost drugs UK healthcare landscape, including national & local payors, providers, and healthcare funding flows
- Ability to think independently and act autonomously
The annual salary for this position is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
