Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by serving food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner, addressing guests' needs efficiently and effectively.
- Provide top-notch customer service by being attentive to guests' needs throughout their customer journey, answering questions, and addressing concerns or issues in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as specific food service and catering guidelines established on location.
- A contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, drawing satisfaction from contributing to a harmonious and inclusive team.
- An adaptable and solution-oriented approach, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the food service industry, is highly valued.
- An understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
