About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hill House School. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our curriculum and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students to access a broad curriculum through individual programmes
  • Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and planning
  • Mentor and coach new teaching assistants
  • Line manage a small group of teaching assistants
  • Monitor and report on student progress
