We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hill House School. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with autism and complex needs to access a broad curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students to access a broad curriculum through individual programmes
  • Be involved in ongoing curriculum development and planning
  • Mentor and coach new teaching assistants
  • Line manage a small group of teaching assistants
  • Present student progress to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Practical, creative and inventive approach to teaching and learning
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude
