Job Description: Diversity and Inclusion Partner

We are looking for a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Partner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward our ED&I strategy and ensuring it is aligned with our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an ED&I strategy that addresses inequity and meets ED&I goals.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to shape people processes and policies, promoting a culture of inclusion.
  3. Promote ED&I awareness through campaigns and provide necessary resources to empower colleagues to drive inclusion.
  4. Foster a learning environment where leaders, managers, and colleagues can improve their knowledge and performance in respect of ED&I.
  5. Establish and maintain effective communication channels for ED&I networks and Working Groups, ensuring diverse voices are represented.
  6. Oversee ED&I submissions to various reports and benchmarking exercises.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in ED&I, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and codes of practice.
  • Proven track record of delivering ED&I initiatives that drive cultural change.
  • Able to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Fixed-term contract of 6-12 months initially.
  • Opportunity for hybrid working with one day a week in Bradford.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per year, dependent on your level of experience.
