Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Abuse Response Team Lead to join our team in Bradford. As a Senior Practitioner, you will lead the development of a comprehensive support program for children and families affected by domestic abuse. Your expertise in systemic and trauma-informed approaches will enable you to design and implement effective interventions that promote family resilience and reduce trauma symptoms.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is based in Bradford. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive support program for children and families affected by domestic abuse.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to reduce trauma symptoms and promote family resilience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
