About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our Performance and Analytics team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client queries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Execute change management activities for clients, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
  • Provide technical expertise on Performance, Attribution, and Ex-Post Risk to clients, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attend and lead client service reviews, discussing KPIs, service issues, project updates, and other relevant topics.
  • Provide billable item volumes to the client billing team, ensuring accurate charging for services rendered.
  • Update client activity plans, business development plans, and client onboarding plans.
  • Participate in new business activities, coordinating the implementation of new clients and ensuring all necessary documentation is executed.
  • Manage ad-hoc or strategic projects, providing management cover as directed.
  • Represent P&A UKMEA at meetings, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other business areas within State Street.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Client service experience is advantageous.
  • Project management experience or education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement systems and methodologies is an advantage.
  • Degree and/or further degree in a mathematically related subject.
  • CFA/CIPM/IMC preferred.
