Asset Data Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Data Team Lead to join our team at Clearwater Analytics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in delivering timely and accurate reconciliation and validation of our clients' assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of analysts to ensure delivery of high-quality reconciliation and validation services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency and automate reconciliation processes.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve the reconciliation process, including increasing automation and improving report delivery timeliness.
- Provide daily reconciliation, accounting consistency checks, compliance monitoring, performance analysis, and risk analysis.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience leading an operational team in a finance, accounting, or tech industry.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and anticipate outcomes.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to use a data-driven approach to coordinate team and department efforts.
