About the Role:
As a Care Assistant with ECL, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes and local communities in South East England.
Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you'll be working in reablement, helping clients to relearn skills in their lives, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals. You'll work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality care and support, promoting the well-being and increasing independence of our customers.

Requirements:
As a Care Assistant, you'll need to have a full driving licence with business insurance, a car, and be able to travel around Colchester, Mersea, and surrounding areas. You'll also need to be able to work every other weekend.
