Job Summary:

The Early Intervention Support Worker will provide critical support to individuals who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care and promote recovery-focused practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify the needs of patients, including mental health, social, and educational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them to take control of their recovery journey.
Requirements:

Essential:
  • Registered mental health nurse or social worker with a minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical experience.
Salary: £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
