Clinical Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical and non-clinical training to our staff.
About the Role:This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week on a flexible basis. You will work closely with our Head of 111 Training, Network Clinical and Operational trainers to devise, coordinate, and deliver induction and new starter training, Pathways upgrade training, soft skill and technical training within our 111 call centres.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and non-clinical NHS Pathways, bespoke workshops, and other solutions. This will include regularly delivering Pathways Clinical Core Module 1 and 2 and coaching courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical and non-clinical training to staff
- Work with the Head of 111 Training and Network Clinical and Operational trainers to devise and deliver training programs
- Develop and deliver bespoke workshops and other solutions
- Regularly deliver Pathways Clinical Core Module 1 and 2 and coaching courses
- Support and lead NHS Pathways release updates, soft skill and technical training at site and across the Network
- Support Operational and Clinical colleagues in the Foundation Bay, actively coaching and mentoring, manning the Foundation Bay advice line, and recording activity
- Experience as an NHS Pathways Clinical Advisor and Accredited NHS Pathway Clinical Trainer
- Ability to analyse performance data and understand call centre metrics and resource planning methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
