Wellbeing Activities Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing Activities Coordinator to join our team at Springfield Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional program of meaningful leisure and therapeutic activities that promote the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a person-centred activities program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Plan and deliver a range of activities, including arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social events
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a positive and can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, but not essential. You will be a team player who is committed to providing outstanding care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
